This post is for anyone who is just starting their journey to get healthy. I’ve been getting questions about starting out tips so I thought this visual might help you all! It’s a list of things that I thought about and still do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The keep in mind section is just a few things that helped me stay motivated when I was first starting out to get me through especially the first month and help me stick with it for the long haul. Along with this you should set your own goals, meal plans, fitness plans, but use this as a guide to help you start healthy habits that will always be good for you!

The second picture is a sample printable weekly chart, you can use this (put it on your motivation board!) or make your own using this as a template. :)

I don’t even know where to start about getting help. I used to be so opposed to the idea, but fuck it, I don’t want this any more. I’m always looking for the silver lining in things, but there hasn’t been a single one in far too long.

So I’m basically going to spend all night now trying to catch that one full breath. This happens way too often.

All those things I’ve been saving, some for over a year, because they reminded me about how happy you made me. They still do, and I still appreciate it so much, but I cant keep relying on that, and hoping for something that never will be.

It really shouldn’t be that scary, or regretful, but it sometimes is. I’m feeling okay with it now. After last night, I’m so over you. Ha. Huh. Now I just have to find some other hobby and be at peace with the fact that I’m going to be alone forever lol.


Also, no more energy drinks. I swear that crap did not kick in until like 8 hours later, at 3am. And now I’m lagging and dizzy.
